Much like most of his male companions, Zoro maintains a consistent attire for the majority of the series. Prior to the timeskip, his usual attire consisted of black trousers tucked into black boots, a plain white shirt with three unfastened buttons at the neckline, and his green haramaki. However, it’s worth noting that Zoro’s shirt is the only item in his outfit that occasionally changes during different story arcs.

During the Arlong Park Arc, he disembarked from Sanji’s fishing ship without wearing a shirt. After defeating many of Arlong’s crew members, he donned an open navy-blue shirt adorned with light blue whirlpools, which he had taken from one of the fish-men. Given that Zoro had received his scar from Mihawk during the Baratie Arc before the Arlong Park Arc, he wore bandages beneath his shirt that were visible.

In the Loguetown Arc, Zoro acquired the Sandai Kitetsu and Yubashiri swords to replace the two conventional katanas that were broken by Mihawk during the Baratie Arc.

During the Drum Island Arc, Zoro was appropriately dressed for the frigid winter island, but later found himself without a shirt and shoes after a regrettable decision to swim in the freezing water on the island. At the start of the arc, he remained shirtless and barefoot after getting separated from the Going Merry. Eventually, he stole a parka from a man in Wapol’s army, which was a hooded, forest green parka with a light green sash and white fur on the cuffs, hood, and hem, along with a pair of boots.

In the Arabasta Arc, Zoro sported an orange keffiyeh with a gold chain on his head, a long-sleeved white coat adorned with black lines, and his black trousers were torn just above his ankles.

In the Skypiea Arc, he initially wore his customary outfit at the beginning of the arc but later removed it after battling a sky shark to rescue Chopper from becoming its meal. Subsequently, he switched to a long, deep blue tank top and goggles, which were either worn on his head or around his neck and were eventually damaged and discarded.

During the Water 7 Arc, Zoro kept his usual attire until near the end of the arc when he began wearing an unzipped, bright yellow jacket with closed pocket flaps on each side. He continued with this outfit throughout the Enies Lobby Arc.

In the Post-Enies Lobby Arc, he sported a black shirt featuring the emblem of the Galley-La Company in white.

By the conclusion of the Thriller Bark Arc, he was seen wearing an open gray shirt and had replaced Yubashiri, which had rusted away due to Shu’s actions in the Enies Lobby Arc, with Shusui, a sword entrusted to him by the resurrected zombie of Ryuma, animated by Brook’s shadow.
