Momoshiki Otsutsuki
Character Description
Momoshiki had his pale blue hair in a long ponytail and had pale skin. His hair was parted in a zig-zag pattern down the middle, and he wore a pair of flat, curved horns that looked like bull horns (unlike Kaguya’s, which looked like rabbit ears). His brows were shaved quite short as a mark of aristocracy, and he possessed delicate facial features. He was clad in a traditional white kariginu hunting robe, baggy leggings, tengu-geta, and a single black glove on his left hand with a hole carved into the palm for his red Rinnegan (purple in some depictions). He also covered his head with a translucent veil.
Momoshiki’s appearance changed dramatically after absorbing Kinshiki, with black sclerae, white irides, dark-red skin, a pointy chin, fangs, claws on his hands and feet that were exposed, white hair, a spikier ponytail, larger, sharpened bull horns, white markings under his eyes, and a massive increase in size. His Rinnegan on his hands grew purple, and a third appeared on his brow.
Dōjutsu
Byakugan
Momoshiki used the Byakugan in both eyes, giving him a near 360° field of x-ray vision and the capacity to see the chakra pathway system (with the exception of a small blind patch at the upper thoracic vertebrae). He was able to glimpse Kurama’s chakra, which was trapped within Naruto, by using it. Momoshiki could utilize his Byakugan to read the fates of other individuals in the manga, but he couldn’t see his own.
Rinnegan
Momoshiki held a pair of Rinnegan in his palms, which he could utilize with his right hand to absorb ninjutsu and his left hand to use said techniques. He could also use his right Rinnegan to turn a target into pills that, when consumed, offer him youth and chakra, expand his muscle tissue, and, in the case of Kinshiki’s chakra, can transform his entire body. Momoshiki’s Rinnegan was originally red rather than light purple, unlike other Rinnegan wielders. The Rinnegan in Momoshiki’s palms turned purple once he transformed from his Kinshiki absorption, and he got an additional purple Rinnegan on his forehead.
