Naruto vs Pain
Naruto saved Tsunade and defeated the Asura, Human, Animal, and Naraka Paths using his newly taught senjutsu techniques and a refined Wind Release: Rasenshuriken before the Deva Path gathered enough strength to fight on its own again. When the energy-absorbing Preta Path eventually captured and detained Naruto, he utilized the senjutsu chakra to break the Preta Path’s chakra flow, converting it into a frog statue, before facing the Deva Path, Pain’s ultimate and most frequently used body. Pain defeated the gigantic toads fast and took control of the situation, killing Fukasaku in the process.Pain pinned Naruto to the ground with his Chakra Disruption Blades after grabbing and immobilizing him with another gravity manipulation technique. Naruto questioned Pain why he had done everything, and Pain said that the world could never have the peace Jiraiya fought for because the world was too full of hatred, and that the only way to bring peace to the world was via force. Pain hoped to create a weapon powerful enough to kill a country by using the tailed animals, and the terror of that weapon would prevent additional conflict.
